You can only take amazing photos if you have a camera with you. Casey Barnett always carries a camera with him, where ever he travels, but he finds most of his inspiration just out his back door. Born and raised in Colorado’s Yampa Valley, Casey has grown up hiking, biking, playing soccer and skiing in the mountains around Steamboat Springs. It is here that he finds most of his muse for photos.
Casey captures life, his life and his friends’ lives. In the crowds of a professional soccer game, the loneliness of a mountain top or at the latest charity event, his images are a representation of the life he leads and his willingness to bring you with him. Many of Casey’s works you may have already seen and never known they were his.
Casey donates his time and his expertise behind the camera to numerous charitable organizations around Steamboat, including the 4 Yellow Foundation, Mainstreet Steamboat Springs, Steamboat Springs Mustache Ride and Ignite Steamboat, just to name a few.
